Painting characters: How?

I always get the same question, how do you do it ?

I've been a fan of art and drawing for as long as i can remember, but I was never much of a painter.

But when I started training as a nail technician I found a great love of painting. I started off using gel polishes I would find on amazon which I now realise aren't that good of quality.

I now use gel polish from the brands Glitterbels and The Manicure Company. These brands gel polishes I find to be highly pigmented which make painting easy as you don't need a lot of coats when doing detail.

Recently I've looked back at the characters I did last year and with trial and error over this past year I've found the best technique for me.
